libha-jdbc-java software package provides JDBC proxy that provides clustering capability to any JDBC driver, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libha-jdbc-java
libha-jdbc-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libha-jdbc-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libha-jdbc-java *
You will get with libha-jdbc-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
